Terms and Conditions
- Your course fee includes one digital copy of the learning materials. If youâd prefer a hard copy, you can purchase one from our recommended supplier at an extra cost.
- Public group classes are designed for 30 academic hours per CEFR level. If the group grows to 5-7 students, weâll extend the program by 10 academic hours. If only two students enroll before the course starts, the group will shift to a semi-private format with 20 academic hours.
- Want to switch to a different group or schedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before the course starts.
- All our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If your teacher falls ill or has an emergency, weâll arrange a substitute whoâs fully briefed on your progress.
- Once youâve started with your group, switching to another group or schedule isnât possible.
- Please note that course fees are non-refundable once the group classes have begun.
- We can record group lessons for later viewing, but only if everyone in the class agrees before the course starts.
- At the end of every program, youâll take a final exam (both written and verbal). To move up to the next CEFR level, youâll need to score at least 70%.
- After completing your final exam, youâll receive a progress report, recommendations, and a certification for your hard work!
